My name is Hayley and I have been working within the human services industry for the past 8 years. I have experience in child protection, youth work, homelessness, housing and disability. I have a Bachelor of Social Work from Flinders University and I am a registered member of the Australian Association of Social Workers. 

I believe that supporting clients through their journey in any role, is a privileged space and people are experts in their own life. I utilise an empowerment approach and person in environment within both of my roles as a Social Worker and Specialist Support Coordinator. Sometimes life gets the better of us and we are faced with extreme circumstances which can mean we need help. I hope to be there throughout the journey, in navigating clients back to where they wish be. Supporting them with their goals, hopes and dreams. I am a fierce advocate, easy to talk to and enjoy having a laugh amongst the tougher times.
